How will I receive my video?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to a zip file containing an .m4v. Once it’s unzipped, double-click the file to open it. Depending on your computer preferences, it should open automatically in iTunes or Quicktime.

Do I need any special software to play the video?

Your video will play on a Mac or a PC, using iTunes or Quicktime. You probably already have one or both of these on your computer. If not, you can download them at no charge, using the following links:

I’d like to play it on my iPhone, iPod or iTouch – how can I do this?

Open iTunes, and click “Add to Library.” You can then load the file onto your device the same way you would a downloaded album, song or podcast.

How long will the file take to download?

Depending on the speed of your connection and the length of the video, it could take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes.

My video will not play. What should I do?

Please contact customerservice@natasharizopoulos.com, and provide us with the following information:

  • Operating System (Mac or PC)
  • Device type (Desktop, Laptop, iPad, iTouch/iPhone, etc.)
  • Any error messages you may have received
